If we are not a provider in your network, you will be asked to pay in full
at the time of service, however, exceptions are made for surgical and obstetrical
patients. Please note that we are no longer providers for Medicare
and are not allowed to treat any Medicare patients, regardless if Medicare
is your primary or secondary insurance.
You must present your insurance card at every visit and pay the co-pay amount listed on your card. You are also required to pay any past due balance before your next scheduled appointment.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Checks are electronically approved by TelCheck and are deducted from your checking account that day.
